***Shipping NOT available at this time! Please opt in for LOCAL DELIVERY at checkout***
Local Delivery: If you live within the Tucson area, please choose delivery - this service is FREE. You will still receive a confirmation email that your order is ready to be delivered. Deliveries will be made once a week and scheduled with you ahead of time. Someone must be available at the address provided to sign for your order.
***Please double-check the shipping address entered at checkout as we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses placed with your order. We are also not responsible for any lost or damaged packages***
Customs and imported taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Due to the nature of these products (personalized handcrafted items) made to order, is not eligible for return - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think you have received a defective or incorrect item(s) that does not match the information you submitted when you placed your order, contact us through email: maderahomestudio@gmail.com within 3 calendar days. We ask that you include your order number to make the process quicker. Cancellations are not accepted as your order is processed right away.
